I think it is important to remember that people who can least afford comprehensive coverage, can also least afford the high deductibles and out of pocket costs presented by the HSA qualified plans.  

I find people who are more concerned with asset protection and have the means to pay for their out of pocket expenses are a better fit for HSA qualified plans.</description>
