FBI investigation is absolutely required on fraudulent health insurers.

"More than half of the health insurers do not provide physicians with the transparency necessary for an efficient claims processing system" - American Medical Association (http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/category/18672.html)

This is exactly the reason for the outrageously high cost of healthcare.

.."annual $210 billion in wasted administrative claims processing costs"??

“Physicians are spending 14 percent of their total revenue to simply obtain what they’ve earned,”??

It is a total waste. We don't need health insurance companies.

We have finest doctors and health facilities in the world, and they are not the reasons for the spiraling healthcare cost.
