		<description>I fully support Dr. Rohack&#039;s view that the house bill is &quot;close enough to warrant his group’s support and keep the reform process moving forward.&quot;  What is needed right now is a concerted effort by everyone to push the boulder up the hill.  Proclaiming the bill &quot;dead on arrival&quot; as Senator Graham did, has no part in the debate.</description>
